Exchange and refund policy

 
Please note that due to final clearance, hygiene concerns, and suppliers' requests, all items and brands are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable unless product is damaged during delivery. Buyer is eligible to request a replacement of damaged item(s) or a refund.In order to do that, please contact customer service shop@diego.by within 20 days from delivery date and explain the issue including pictures of damaged item. Please note,re-delivery fee applies and all refund will be issued in original time of payment. Due to international transaction refund could take up to 30 days.
